We work closely with your team to identify the behaviors you want to encourage, the mindset you want to shift, or the culture you want to reinforce — and we build tools that help make it happen. Each project combines our Game Design Framework with a deep understanding of learning, motivation, and user experience.
Whether you need a one-time experience or a reusable asset, we craft tools that turn serious content into serious fun — and make change feel like a game worth playing.
The Innovation Card Game
At the core of the workshop is our Innovation Card Game — a fast-paced tool that challenges participants to mix wild innovations, surprising user needs, and unique challenges. In each round, participants pitch fresh ideas, vote on favorites, and iterate their thinking. Early rounds are playful and abstract; later ones focus on real-world challenges, culminating in a high-energy pitch contest. It’s fun, competitive, and gets serious ideas flowing — fast.

“It’s so much easier to engage people when you bring in a game — and this one actually had substance.”
“The tool helped us name what we couldn’t before — now it’s a part of how we work.”
We start by working closely with you to understand your goals. Then, we design a tailored sequence of experiences — blending hands-on sessions, gamified challenges, micro-content, and activation strategies that keep people engaged between workshops. Whether the goal is to build feedback culture, spark innovation, or grow leadership skills, we bring the right mix of play, science, and structure to make it stick.
Past programs have been used by teams across sectors — from media and biotech to academia and international NGOs — and always result in learning that people don’t just remember, but apply.

“This wasn’t just a training — it was a transformation. Our whole mindset shifted.”

“We’re still using the tools months later. That’s how I know it had real impact.”
We blend hands-on workshops, reflection formats, and custom-designed games to help your team explore challenges, spark new thinking, and build momentum together. No two retreats are the same: some include guided rituals and embodied activities, others feature surprise games that reflect your organizational values or strategic priorities.
Drawing from years of experience — from intimate leadership gatherings to large-scale offsites — our retreats are designed to be more than just memorable. They’re catalysts for real change.
The Values Hunt
In this guided experience, participants explore a unique physical environment — a forest, a city, even a castle — following hidden clues and completing playful missions that reveal and reflect their team’s core values. Along the way, they collaborate, compete, and connect on a deeper level. It’s surprising, emotional, and unforgettable — and the values you discover become a foundation for your team’s future.
