AN EXPERIENCE ROOM FOR TRAINING
BMW DISCOVERY SPACE
The BMW Digital Discovery Space is a training space developed for the BMW Group Academy in Munich. We created an immersive experience, focusing on the impact and usage of Data Analytics and Big Data for BMW employees.
By gamifying the data processes, we went beyond teaching data models to users and aimed to make the processes tangible and directly experienceable.
On top of that, players solve the fictitious challenge in a group, putting teamwork abilities to a test.
This project won the Gamification in HR Award 2019.
